Once you’ve got the back of your dreams, a healthy lifestyle won’t seem so far away – because it hurts less getting there. Actual exercise is still necessary, however. Even a great rapid weight loss program will have to mandate drastic measures if you’re not willing to sweat off accumulated fat. The easiest way to do this is through whole body exercises like swimming or rowboating. If you’re not a fan of boats, you might want to seriously consider a gymnasium rowing machine. Fads like fasting with lemon juice and paprika might sound great, but they’re rarely substantially better than subsisting on water and vitamins or eating real food and working out.
